We operate each of our restaurants under four principles we like to call "The 4 I's."
We believe that if we can embody these principles within each store, we will create a beacon of light and represent opportunity, great service, and giving back to the communities in which we serve.
Where It All Started
In 2015, Andrew and Jillian Welburn established The Welburn Organization. For several years, they owned and operated five wonderful restaurants in Southern Maryland.
Through a lot of hard work and dedication, the couple packed their bags and headed to North Carolina, where they bought 9 McDonald's locations.
Durham, NC was the perfect spot to build their franchise. This little community has brought in wonderful talent and a hardworking, caring team that only continues to prove the Welburn's vision for success.
